Sovereign Metal
An nginx edge fronting the whole estate, with every service in its own container. One box, held end to end — no control panel, no managed platform, no landlord.

Own your ground. Hold your standard. Build your own world.
The personal seat of a sovereign technology operation — hand-built infrastructure, self-hosted from the ground up, run with a Marine's discipline and a craftsman's precision.
You don't rent your life from anyone. You own your stack — your data, your identity, your uptime.
— The operating principle
Not a homelab — an estate. Mail, identity, cloud, video, library and applications, all self-hosted and self-owned on a single box under one hand. What most people rent from a dozen vendors runs here on its own ground. Every figure below is measured, not claimed — read off the running system, not typed into the page.
An nginx edge fronting the whole estate, with every service in its own container. One box, held end to end — no control panel, no managed platform, no landlord.
A full mail platform — Postfix, Dovecot, DKIM, SPF and DMARC — plus Mailman 3 listservs. Hundreds of mailboxes and no third party reading the post.
Authentik single sign-on over an in-house OpenLDAP directory. One login across the estate, with the master key held on the premises.
A private Nextcloud — documents, calendars and contacts synced across every device without handing the contents to anyone else's server.
Self-hosted Jitsi video conferencing and an IRC network, so conversations never transit a platform that logs them.
A catalogued library, command centres, dashboards and bespoke tools — hand-built, shipped, and verified against the running system.
Every visit is logged to the estate's own analytics — no trackers borrowed from anyone else.
Reading the estate…
A resident intelligence, wired into the house. Ask about the stack, the work, or the man who built it.
